Payment Options

1. Credit Card Settlement service (Kuroneko Yamato Only)
Credit card payment on delivery can be made with the Kuroneko Yamato Credit Card Settlement service. At the time you receive your order, you are able to pay the delivery person with any of the following credit cards.



In addition to your order and delivery fee, the Kuroneko Yamato Credit Card Settlement service charges 330 to 1,100 yen. Please be aware that if your order is being sent to an address other than your own, then this service cannot be used.
2. Cash on delivery
Cash payment on delivery can be made with the Kuroneko Yamato Cash Settlement service. At the time you receive your order, you are able to pay the delivery person in cash. In addition to your order and delivery fee, the Kuroneko Yamato Cash Settlement service charges 330 to 1,100 yen. Please be aware that if your order is being sent to an address other than your own, then this service cannot be used.
3. Bank Transfer
Payment can be made by transferring the amount due into the our bank account. Account details will be provided via e-mail once we receive your order. Bank charges are the responsibility of the customer. Once we have received your payment we will send your order.

Delivery

If payment is to be made by credit card or cash, delivery will be made within 7 days of receiving the digital files, negatives or slides. If paymenis to be made by bank transfer, delivery will be made within 7 days of receiving the digital files, negatives or slides and after the payment has been made.

Delivery Fee

The domestic delivery fee is different according to the address and the commodity. Please contact us for further details. The date and time-slot you would like your order to be delivered can be requested. However, time-slots cannot be requested for some regions in Japan. International deliveries will be made with FedEx, UPS or international mail. For details about the delivery fee, please contact us.

Return Policy

If you received an item that does not match your order or if you are not satisfied with the item, please send it back to us via payment on arrival and we will either refund you or replace the item.

Refunds

If you paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash, we will refund you either by bank transfer or cash sent by registered mail. We will refund you within 1 week of receive the item to be returned.
