Isamu Nishida was in charge of managing the gallery at Canon Marketing Japan for many years. He was involved in photo exhibitions at the Canon Salon and worked as a printing director for many professional photographers. His trustworthy reputation has earned him many customers who come to him for consultations on photography and prints. Nishida is experienced in technical aspects including digital input/output system for professional photographers as well as digital ink jet print system.

Shirai has been working as a photographer, artist, and digital printing director. Shirai graduated from Department of Visual Communication Design at Musashino Art University, and was based in New York from 2004 to 2015. She was granted a fellowship, Overseas Study Program for Artists, by Japanese Government Agency for Cultural Affairs in 2006. She completed the Full-time Certificate Program at International Center of Photography in 2007, and received her Master of Fine Art degree from a graduate school at City University of New York Hunter College in 2010. Afterwards, shirai joined ICP, and created prints for exhibitions at ICP Museum.
