- All the originals are cleaned with dust blower before scanning.
- The scan resolution can be specified as desired. For FlexTight, we recommend scanning at the maximum resolution.
- If you request retouching such as dust removal or color correction, we will provide a quote after checking your film's condition and requested scan resolution.
- Please remove slide frames from your films to scan and bring them in.
- All scans will be delivered through our online storage.
- Urgent scanning, retouching and delivery might be subject to additional charges. Please let us know in advance.
- While handling films with utmost care, we can not provide guarantees for damage or loss during transportation or processing.
We proceed with works after obtaining your agreement to the above conditions.

- We will suggest alternative methods to digitize your artworks, if the artwork is mirror-finished or has bumpy surface like a relief sculptures which is hard to scan with flatbed scanners.
- If you request retouching such as dust removal or color correction, we will provide a quote after checking your film's condition and requested scan resolution.
- Please consult with us in advance, if the artwork to scan is framed with acrylic glass, or if the back board is nailed or screwed.
- All scans will be delivered through our online storage.
